Dunbia Northern Ireland has recalled a number of meat products after finding that an over 30-month-old cow had entered the food chain without being tested for BSE.

The incident occurred because of human error when a 54-month-old cow was wrongly identified as being less than 30 months old, the Food Standards Agency said.

A total of 21 own-label products have been affected, one from Asda and 20 from Co-op. Full details can be found on the FSA's website http://www.food.gov.uk.
