Macsween of Edinburgh has published a cookbook called Haggis Bible to inspire shoppers ahead of Burns Night.

Written by Jo Macsween - director of the Scottish haggis supplier - it comprises 50 recipes that include haggis as an ingredient, such as spring rolls, lasagne and Haggis Benedict.

Macsween said she hoped the book would “change people’s perception” of the offal and oatmeal dish. It is available through Amazon and book shops (rsp: £4.99).
