The milk market continues to buzz with the latest addition from Associated Co-operative Creameries. Hot on the success of its Welsh bilingual branded Cadog range, the dairy has now widened and rolled out its Yorkshire branded milk range.

Malcolm Pickard, key accounts manager, said the milk had been launched in Asda stores across the region, but only in a whole milk format.

“The milk was selling well, so we relaunched last week and widened the range to include semi-skimmed.”

The brand is available in 24 Asda stores and Pickard said discussions were going on with other retailers, including Tesco and Sainsbury, to stock it in other Yorkshire stores.
