Bass is launching Carling and Tennent's lager in mini kegs in June. The size was tested with Grolsch pre Christmas and the two new kegs will be instore in June. They contain five litres and retail at £9.99. They have been fitted with reclosable valves so the product will stay fresh for three days. Sales director John Holberry said: "These are ideal to share with friends and bring the pub atmosphere into the home. "They will offer retailers a beer element to support the event led and seasonal based displays such as football matches and barbecues." {{DRINKS }}
