Figures released from the Fabulous Bakin' Boys this week show that character tie-ups and promotions can and do work. In its current Chicken Run promotion, the company says that sales of Fabulous Bakin' Boys muffin four packs have risen by 131.7% since last year, and total sales have increased by 227.1% compared with the same period last year. It claims that sales of the brand in Sainsbury have risen 280.5% and in Tesco by 695.4%. Fabulous Bakin' Boys marketing manager Tom Russell attributes this change to the success of the Chicken Run promotion. {{P&P }}
