James Murray, head of customer marketing at Müller UK, is leaving the company after nine years to become business director at food and drink consultancy Levercliff Associates.

Murray, who held a number of roles at Müller UK, including interim sales director and trade development controller, will be replaced by Debra Curtis.

Curtis joined Müller four years ago and most recently worked as a senior national account manager at Asda. Prior to joining Müller, she spent three years at C&D Petfoods in a number of sales and category management roles, latterly as a key account manager.

"James has made an outstanding contribution to our business and we wish him well in his new venture while welcoming Debra into her new role" said Colin Smith, sales director at Müller UK.

"Debra has demonstrated enormous potential during her time with Müller UK and her background in sales means she is ideally placed to step into this position."
