Launched by the British Frozen Food Federation, its meals will use only frozen ingredients, from steaks and legs of lamb down to onions and herbs.
N-Ice will be open for just a week and feature signature dishes from Simon Rimmer and Atul Kochhar, who will prepare recipes from his Michelin-starred Benares restaurant.
Fittingly for the category if not the season, N-Ice will sport frozen trees, frosty sculptures and snowflake table dressings.
