Celebrity chef Nick Nairn has kicked off the Specially Selected Scotch lamb promotion with a whistle-stop tour of Scottish schools.
The push by Quality Meat Scotland to support the Scottish lamb industry also features a number of promotions in supermarkets and butchers, including the opportunity to buy a specially created recipe book by Nairn for £1.99.
QMS managing director Alistair Muir said: "We hope to appeal to both new and existing consumers of Scotch lamb, educating them about the fantastic range on their doorstep."
