Britvic is hoping that 7UP will be known for naturalness and "lemon-lime credentials" after a ­rebrand.

From February, PepsiCo's 7UP range, bottled in the UK by Britvic ­under an exclusive agreement, will have a larger 7UP logo with the line "lemon, lime & bubbles" set directly above it.

A larger logo and increased focus on ingredients would make the line-up of 7UP, 7UP Free and 7UP Cherry more appealing to consumers, said Britvic.

The look reflected the brand's "simpler is better" proposition, it said.
