Oriental food specialist Blue Dragon has introduced two extra types of noodle to its Japanese range. It says dry Soba and Udon noodles were added to cater for an increasing demand for Japanese cuisine in Europe. Its wet Udon noodles with a sachet of soy sauce, which were already on the market, are being relaunched on the back of the new products. Soba noodles are made with buckwheat and wheat flour and Udon noodles with wheat flour. All can be served hot with sauces or in broths or cold in salads. Soba and dry Udon noodles are available in 250g and wet Udon noodles in 200g packs (rsp £1.35). {{P&P }}
