Salt House - sister company to importer Peacock Salt - has launched a gourmet salt range.
Varieties include Hawaiian Hot Black Lava, Bali Velvet Stone Ground, and Himalayan Pink Rock Salt (rsp: £1.99-£2.99/60g pouch).
The packs recommend foods to match the salts with, including coffee and white chocolate.
“Everyone knows salt can change a dish,” said Salt House MD Gregorie Marshall. “We take it one step further.”
