Start-up supplier The Foraging Fox is seeking a distributor to help grow its beetroot ketchup.

Former City worker Frankie Fox, who developed the product, said there was a gap in the market for a more “natural” ketchup. The recipe includes apples, ginger, spices and brown sugar.

“Beetroot is enjoying a revival,” said Fox.

The brand - exhibiting at SFFF - soft-launched last month and is available in 20 farm shops and butchers in the South East (rsp: £3.95 to £4.50).
