After 12 years with the company, Glen will be leaving at the end of July to join Hallmark Cards. Glen presided over new pack design and advertising for the Tetley brand this year. He also oversaw the launch of new products such as Tetley Organic and Tetley Tea: Therapy. Holland, 35, was previously international marketing and development director, responsible for repositioning the Tetley brand to link it with healthy living. In the process he killed off the Tetley Tea Folk brand icons which had been used in advertising since 1953. Nick Kilby steps up to Holland's position on July 1.
