New software has increased the speed of Nisa’s ordering by almost 50%, claims the buying group.

Nisa rolled out the new software to improve its ordering system, which was plagued by log-in difficulties, order bottlenecks and third-party application faults.

A year after installing Compuware’s dynaTrace order capture system, the software had delivered 46% faster response times, it said. Customer load had also increased by 20%.
