Frozen ready meals retailer Cook has launched a new click & collect service.

Launched last week, the service allows shoppers to shop online at and collect their order in store as little as two hours later.

The indie, which will also hold an order for up to seven days, said the service was available in all its shops, including franchise stores, but not yet in stores with Cook concessions.

“While we decided to arrive fashionably late at the online shopping party, click & collect is a bit of no-brainer for us,” said founder Edward Perry. “It’s a matter of making sure customers can get easy access to Cook however they choose.”
