Sir; The demand for honey is unrelenting. In 2007, honey was the fastest-growing product in the sweet spreads category. Honey's profile continues to grow. It made headlines when research found it was a better remedy for treating children's coughs than many OTC medicines ('Honey helps coughs', The Grocer, 8 December, p9).
