There is just one week left to enter the world’s biggest own-label competition.

The deadline for The Grocer’s Own Label Food & Drink Awards - now in its 10th year - has been extended to 17 October.

Once again, competition will be fierce for the right to use the coveted gold and silver winners’ logos on pack - the 2014 awards brought a 30% surge in entries, with 1,028 contenders in 74 categories. After a stellar year for Aldi in 2013, Tesco dominated in 2014, scooping a third of the golds, while Lidl took 19 golds and 14 silvers.
