THE PAPERS Ridpath Pek has picked the Daily Mirror and Scottish paper the Daily Record for pre-Christmas ads for its Pek chopped pork. These will run from the end of this month until Christmas and feature regular Pek and the lower fat Pek Gold variant as bases for sandwiches, salads and snacks. The papers reach six million readers each week between them. It is the fourth year that the brand has focused on the Christmas season ­ a prime time for the chopped pork sector. {{P&P }}
