Westons Cider has promoted head of sales Geoff Bradman to commercial director.
In his new role, Bradman will join the company’s board of directors and will be responsible for the whole commercial department, including UK and international sales as well as marketing and sales support.
Bradman has almost 30 years’ experience in the drinks industry, and was joint MD of rival cidermaker Aspall for seven years from 2005. Since joining Westons in 2012, he has increased the company’s turnover 40% and upped its market share to 5%, Westons said.
“Geoff has successfully developed the Westons commercial proposition both in the UK and internationally and his new role gives the business consolidation and focus right the way across the sales and marketing functions,” said Westons MD Helen Thomas.
