Kerry Foods has promoted its chief marketing officer, Phil Chapman, to international marketing officer as it looks for new business opportunities in Europe.

Chapman joined Kerry Foods in 2010 and was instrumental in restructuring its brand portfolio as well as launching high-profile campaigns for Cheestrings and Wall’s.

In his new role, which he starts later this month, he will work with Kerry Foods CEO Flor Healy to evaluate how the business could be expanded in Europe. Chapman will be replaced as CMO by April Redmond, currently marketing director for brands in Ireland.
