Kerry Foods has appointed Russell Goldman as marketing director for its meats and savoury brands in Great Britain and Ireland.

In his new role, Goldman will oversee all advertising, new product development, digital activity and PR for the company’s portfolio of meats and savoury brands, which include Richmond, Wall’s, Mattessons and Denny.

He will lead a 20-strong team at the company’s head office in Egham following the recent departure of Claire Winstanley.

Goldman joins from Britvic soft drinks where he was head of marketing activation, and has previously worked on the retail side at Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury’s and The Co-operative Group.
