Finsbury Foods has recruited Lesley Arnold from Farne Salmon & Trout as export manager.

In the newly created role, Arnold will focus on international opportunities for the Livwell gluten-free bread brand and the baker’s celebration cakes. She will initially concentrate on European markets.

Arnold has 17 years’ experience in export sales in electronics and food, working with international retailers such as Delhaize, ICA Sweden and Migros.
