Frozen dominates the category chart for the second week in succession, however its lead has significantly diminished and alcoholic drinks looks set to reassert its authority standing at less than half a percentage point behind.
Frozen is supported by Birds Eye in the brand chart along with Young’s, Wall’s and Ross.
Alcoholic drinks has no support in the brand chart, however Stella Artois and Carlsberg are just outside the top 10.
In third place, soft drinks continues to hold position and is closing on those categories above it. Coca-Cola, which has been in the brand chart for some time, supports the category along with Pepsi, which enters the brand chart this week.
Household remains at number four with Bounty, Bold and Andrex all contributing to its continued position. Health and beauty re-enters the chart after an absence of just one week with a particularly good selection of bogofs located on side stacks and gondola ends.
