PepsiCo is to axe 275 jobs as part of a plan to restructure its North American drinks and foods business.
The cola and snacks maker will combine its Tropicana and Dole juice businesses, while PepsiCo, Gatorade and Quaker Foods will run as three separate units.
Chairman and chief executive Gary Rodkin said integrating more of the group’s forces into one location, would make for a “tighter, more concentrated organisation”.
