The two lines went into 25 Tesco stores in the south of England last Monday, with 5p from each pack (rsp £2.59 for 400g) going to the charity.
Hair of the Hog is seasoned with sage and marinated in Traditional English Ale, while Pickled Pig contains herbs and spices and is marinated in Aromas Over Tongham ale.
"We've dealt with the military for so long, we thought it would be a nice way of giving something back," said director Kevin Turner. The company supplies the Sandhurst Academy and other bases.
The sausages are produced and distributed by West Country supplier Westaway Sausages. It will initially produce five tonnes a week, but predicts that volumes could rise to 50 tonnes if sales take off.
