RHM Frozen is aiming to drive quality back into frozen savoury pies, with the relaunch of its McDougalls Upper Crust brand.

It has reformulated recipes, revamped packaging for a homemade image and added three 'indulgence' lines: roast chicken with leeks in a mature Cheddar and Chablis sauce, and Aberdeen Angus steak with either a Bishop's Finger Ale sauce or with Portobello mushrooms in a tangy pepper sauce.
