Porter Foods will be launching a variety of new products at Food and Drink Expo 2004, as it continues to expand its own brand portfolio for the retail market.

On the stand at the NEC in Birmingham next week, will be three exotic sauces from Australia in mango, coconut and sweet chilli flavours for spicing up meat and fish dishes.

There will be a new range of concentrated stocks available in four flavours - veal, vegetable, chicken and fish. The stocks, which come in 200g jars, contain no preservatives, colourings or taste enhancers.

Porter will also launch ready-to-eat semi-sun dried tomatoes in sunflower oil with spices and herbs.
