Hotel Chocolat opened its biggest store in Copenhagen, last week in the same theatrical Roast+Conch format as its Covent Garden store.

The 2,000 sq ft store has a large open kitchen, where cocoa beans are roasted and turned into chocolate, and a bar selling cocoa cappuccino and bacon sandwiches with white chocolate horseradish. It is the second store Hotel Chocolat has opened abroad. The Amsterdam store started trading in June.
