Kraft Foods is relaunching its single origin freeze-dried coffee with the new name Kenco Purely. The three-strong range has been redesigned so that the "single origin" message comes across more clearly so consumers know where their coffee is from and what properties it has, such as Kenyan ("light and fragrant"), Colombian ("rich and aromatic") or Costa Rican ("dark and powerful"). Doug McGowan, trading controller, Kraft Foods, said: "We found that coffee-loving consumers don't fully understand the flavour and strength that different beans provide and are therefore nervous about trying them. "The new jars are designed to explain clearly the taste each coffee offers, taking the risk out of purchase for consumers." Kenco Purely is also running a new initiative where it will give 10p per new jar to the Worldwide Fund for Nature. Rsp: £3.34 for 100g. {{P&P }}
