Sacla' has relaunched its premium Classics range of Italian sauces and renamed it Whole Cherry Tomato to highlight the quality of its tomato content.

It is also scrapping four of the eight original offerings to focus on the bestsellers. The collection now consists of: basil, roasted vegetables, chilli and a Parmesan variant. All feature an authentic Italian sofritto base of carrots, onions and celery and come in 350g jars.

They are being rolled out to Tesco, Morrisons and Waitrose. A TV ad will hit screens in September as part of the £4m marketing spend on the brand this year.
