Here's a piece of advice from a consumer - the clue is in the name. Make it with cream, and you've got a head start on the rest of the market. The majority of ice-creams sold in rural Kent are smallish local outfits, making it with cream in their small units. It tastes great. Plus - get the ingredients list down to "cream" and "strawberries" and the world will beat a path to your door.
