Richmond Ice Cream has expanded its sales and marketing teams as it launches more products into independent and multiple retailers.
Barrie Turner, previously McVitie's territory sales manager at United Biscuits, has become national business manager to develop business in cash and carries, buying groups and independent retailers.
Sharon Cartwright has been appointed customer marketing manager and Samantha Dolan takes a post as category product manager.
Cartwright will be responsible for Richmond's take home marketing strategy, customer relationships and best practice in category management. She was previously senior category manager at Jacob's Bakery.
Dolan will focus on marketing for the Nestlé brand. She was previously senior product manager for Express Dairies.
All three will help drive sales of products launched last month, including Nestlé Milkybar ice lollies and Smarties 145ml tub soft ice cream, as well as existing products.
