Sainsbury’s has trademarked a new slogan for its Active Kids initiative - ‘Eat Well. Move Well. Live Well.’

The strapline is a continued move by the supermarket chain to make Active Kids, which launched in 2005, more about a healthy lifestyle than just providing sports equipment for schools and clubs.

It also chimes with recent changes to the ­curriculum in England, in which all pupils from five to 14 must be taught cookery.
