Ferguson Australia launched bottled Lobster Oil, a smooth aromatic oil made from crushed lobster shell.
From Canada came Salmon Jerky, produced by Crystal Seas Seafood and recommended for tapas.
Bateamar, one of Galicia's most innovative mussel processors, displayed Tiger Mussel, a spicy mixture of chopped mussels in light batter.
Catfish fillets were cooked up by Vietnamese and South African fish farmers.
Lyons Seafood exhibited Luxury Seafood Tapas with Feta Cheese, and Tiger Prawn, Mango and Melon Selection, both in a single-serve salad-bowl presentation. These should both be available in UK supermarkets this summer.
