Häagen-Dazs has unveiled a new limited-edition Lemon Cheesecake flavour that it hopes will replicate the success of its Strawberry Cheesecake variant.

The new flavour, which combines the brand's cheesecake ice cream with fruity lemon swirls and cookie pieces, will be available for the next six months and benefit from a £3.2m spend for the total brand this year.
