Artisan cheesemaker Shepherds Purse has developed Yorkshire’s first blue-rind brie.
Bells Bluemin White is produced by hand in the Vale of York using local cows milk and has a delicate texture and buttery, creamy taste. The cheese will be launched this month in 19 Booths stores and will also be sold through wholesalers.
The cheese will feature newly designed packaging and a revamped company logo. The packaging will then be rolled out to the company’s other lines over the course of the year.
