Coca-Cola, Kellogg’s, Kettle Foods and Mars Food are among 23 companies short-listed for the Food and Drink Federation’s (FDF) community awards.

The annual Community Partnership Awards judge food and drink companies on their contributions to corporate social responsibility. Gold, silver and bronze awards will be handed out in four categories. These are local community, workplace community, culture, media and sport and education.

“We were highly encouraged to see such a committed level of engagement, with so many companies ultimately making a real difference to local communities,” said Sir Don Curry, chairman of the Community Partnership Awards judging panel.

The awards ceremony will take place in London on 28 October at the Churchill Museum.
