Cafédirect has said its latest Sainsbury's listings reflect growing demand for single-origin products.
This week Cafédirect announced Sainsbury's is doubling the number of the brand's single-origin hot drinks it carries, and will now be stocking São Tomé instant hot chocolate and two single-origin coffees: Peruvian Machu Picchu and Tanzanian Kilimanjaro beans.
"We have noticed a trend towards single-origin products as consumers value the choice offered through distinctive regional characteristics," said Cafédirect senior account manager Julian Burnham.
