Kallo Foods is launching a new range of soya-based snacks aimed at health-conscious consumers.
The SO…Y range comprises SOcrispY - soy crisps in salt and vinegar, barbecue and cheddar flavours - while SOcrunchY are snack bars in chocolate cookie and coffee chocolate flavours. Both carry an on-pack strapline of ‘Eat to your heart’s content’.
Retailing at 55p and 49p respectively, they are rolling out to Asda, Waitrose and health stores.
Brand manager Adam Graham said the SOcrispY baked soy bites had less fat, fewer calories, higher protein and more fibre than potato crisps but delivered on taste.
