Spanish Citrus Fruit is set for a European advertising boost over the winter. Intercitrus, the trade association for Spanish Citrus Fruit ­ in conjunction with Food from Spain ­ is splashinng out £2.5m on a pan-European press campaign. Straplines such as The best defence this winter' and Fresh vitamin C protection' aim to push the message that oranges and clementines have a high vitamin C content and can help ward off colds and flu.
