Absolutely Fabulous marked The Fabulous Bakin' Boys' first move into the premium end of the cake market and resulted in a line-up aimed at the likes of Patsy and Edina. Four lines have been launched into the independent channels so far - a Deeply Fruity cake slice, a Belgian chocolate brownie and two flapjacks in papaya, pineapple & apricot, and cherry, cranberry & blackcurrant flavours. More are expected to be added in the new year when the brand makes its debut in the multiples. The products are part of the company's 'Bakin' Evolution' strategy to make products available to a wider audience and to make indulgence feel less guilty. They don't contain any hydrogenated fats, artificial colours or flavours.
