Vimto Soft Drinks is continuing its push to turn its 94-year-old stalwart into a multi-version offering with two launches. A still, ready to drink sibling to the popular fizzy offering is rolling out to stores now, while a new limited edition dilutable version for winter called Vimto Spiced debuts in the multiples next week. Both should help consolidate Vimto's position as a multi-format offering, with the company previously having brought out lunchbox and dilutable versions of the drink. Vimto Still comes in a 500ml PET bottle and will sell for around 79p, while Spiced will be available in a 725ml bottle and will have the added benefit of being suitable to drink hot or cold (#1.30-#1.40). The latter, which boasts a blend of winter spices, is aimed at the Christmas market. Lyndsay Jones, marketing manager at Vimto, said: "With Christmas approaching, Vimto Spiced will make a perfect addition to mulled wine." {{MARKETING }}
