Tesco has today brought back its Festive Five Christmas promotion on fresh produce, dropping the prices of a range of products to 29p.
As with last year, the prices in the promotion are 20p cheaper than the original Festive Five launched by Tesco boss Dave Lewis in his first Christmas as CEO, in 2014.
The products in the line-up are its own-label Redmere Farms carrots (1kg), Tesco cauliflower, Redmere Farms unpeeled sprouts (500g), Redmere Farms parsnips (500g) and Redmere Farms white potatoes (2.5kg).

“We’re delighted to bring back our Festive Five range for Christmas, helping our customers find some great-value Christmas veg,” said a Tesco spokesman.
“Our combination of great quality and low prices will help customers at this busy time of year, with everything under one roof at Tesco.
“We want our customers to know that however they do Christmas, and no matter what they need, Tesco can help.”
The promotion runs until 28 December.
