Grampian Country Food Group has restructured its operations into three protein business units - integrated and added-value chicken, pork and red meat.
The added-value chicken businesses at Attleborough and Rotherham and the convenience business at Cambuslang join agricultural, feeds and primary processing in the integrated and added-value chicken unit.
The Winsford and Elmswell businesses join Grampian’s pork operations to create the pork unit, while the beef and lamb operations of McIntosh Donald, Welsh Country Foods and St Merryn Meats will make up the red meat unit.
