Green Label Foods is set to launch three new products based around its well known Gressingham duck.
The company will be unveiling the three ready meal products at IFE 2003 in London this March.
Duck confit will feature duck legs cooked in a citrus and garlic marinade, while an Oriental-style dish offers duck stir-fry with black bean sauce.
The third product is shredded crispy duck with pancakes and hot hoi-sin sauce.
Green Label will also be featuring other products including the Gressingham Goose and a range of speciality poultry including poussin, guinea fowl and quail.
