The Nottinghamshire cooperative is seeking to educate consumers about the origin and uses for the variety, and is working with the School Fruit and Vegetable Scheme and the 5-a-day campaign.

A new children's website that aims to entertain and educate children aged 4-6, their parents and teachers will also be launched.
