Nespresso streamlines online ops

Nespresso: consistent approach in 41 countries

Coffee machine giant Nespresso has overhauled its online and mobile operation to offer a consistent customer experience across the 41 countries it operates in.

It has appointed consultants and technology specialists Accenture to implement the new solution, which will provide a single, streamlined, interactive platform using Hybris eCommerce technology, SAP customer retention management and SAP retail software.
