Think cooking with dairy means grating some cheese over a baked potato? Think again.

Consumers are becoming increasingly adventurous when it comes to using dairy in the kitchen, and suppliers and retailers are responding to the trend by launching dairy products targeted specifically for use in dishes – ranging from Cheddar classics to lesser-known Continentals and territorial cheeses.

But to really experience cooking with dairy first hand, we asked renowned food blogger and supper club restaurateur MsMarmitelover to create a bespoke dairy-themed menu for us – and invited some of the leading lights of the dairy industry to celebrate the launch of this year’s Dairymen with a special Dairymen Supper Club.
