Congratulations to the hardy folk in the food trade who this weekend completed their ascent of Mount Kilimanjaro.
The mission climaxed on Friday with a gruelling eight-hour climb to Gillman’s Point. Most of the team agreed it was the most demanding challenge they’d ever taken on.
The expedition has already raised £220,000 for FARM-Africa, which provides training and support for rural communities struggling to haul themselves out of poverty.
It’s not too late to chuck in a few quid for an exceptionally worthy cause. And you can also read more about the team’s exploits as they head for home.
