Knorr's debut in wet cooking sauces came in August as Bestfoods injected £3m into a New World Cooking Sauces range. Introducing a new focus into the ethnic cooking sauce market, it aims to bring South African spice blends  such as Spicy Durban Curry and Cape Malay Curry  into the UK mainstream with the range. Knorr brings brand strength to a cuisine that is still relatively embryonic in the UK but adds a "rainbow cuisine" dimension to the rows of Italian, Indian and Oriental variants on the cooking sauces fixture. A high profile press campaign for the new range will run until spring, and will help to encourage consumers to try something different for their tastebuds and store cupboards. {{MARKETING }}
